Add a slide to display

• Email metroweb@ucdavis.edu with your file. 
• Please include date ranges for the slide to appear in the tv display. Event slides run in full day increments. We do not have an option for select hours.  
• The slides display for 9 seconds at a time. You can request to adjust this time. 
• The preferred display format for files is landscape. Files in portrait format will be reformatted to fit screen.
• You can send files in the following formats: .doc, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .ppt 
• For image slides, the exact dimensions are 850 x 638 pixels or a 4:3 aspect ratio. 
• We do not display video files at the moment.
