Please include date ranges for the slide to appear in the tv display. Event slides run in full day increments. We do not have an option for select hours.
The slides display for 9 seconds at a time. You can request to adjust this time.
The preferred display format for files is landscape. Files in portrait format will be reformatted to fit screen.
You can send files in the following formats: .doc, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .ppt
For image slides, the exact dimensions are 850 x 638 pixels or a 4:3 aspect ratio.
